Named 'Fungus,' this creation is a modern freestanding circular mirror. The overall design of the product takes inspiration from the organic shapes of fungi. The standalone design of the mirror provides flexibility in placement, seamlessly integrating into various indoor environments, especially in bedrooms and hallways. The primary materials used in this product are mirror and moka stained ash.

A distinctive feature of 'Fungus' is the presence of two flat, yet deep, discs positioned at the midpoint of the wooden column, providing a convenient space for items such as keys, coins, and personal belongings. The product is assembled into five components, securely connected through rotating screws.

The deliberate choice of moka stained ash as the primary material reflects careful consideration, evoking warmth and earthiness. This unique wood not only adds a touch of natural elegance but also aligns with the sustainable development ethos of 'Fungus.'

The image presents a sequence of design iterations following the finalization of my initial concept. In refining these models, my focus was to embody the essence of 'Fungus' structurally while ensuring user-centric functionality. The evolution of the support columns and their bending angles for the mirrors was meticulously adjusted, exploring various shapes and curves. Simultaneously, I experimented with different sizes and numbers of the storage trays, aiming for a design that aligns perfectly with the theme, offers visual appeal, and enhances usability.
